In this Alerts Section Explains
the Information about the court alerts. After login to this software,select institution or department and Click the "Alerts" section in the
left side panel of main screen. Alert type selection window will
appear. If you want to show court events, select Department,Institution,Law Officer or Hearing Date and click the SHOW button .The alert details will be displaying in another page on the basis of selected items.There are three types of alerts.They are Department Events,Court Events and Contempt Events.Department events are
seen in orange color. Court events are seen in blue color and
contempt events are seen in red color. If the event date over than two weeks that
cases are displayed in red color. If the next event date within one week
that cases are seen in yellow color. If the next event date within two week
that cases are seen in Green color. If the next event date more than two weeks
that cases seen in white color. Criminal case numbers
are in red color and Civil case numbers are in black color.
Alerts can be viewed in three ways
1.How
To View Institution wise Alerts
In Institution
wise alerts, all cases of the selected institution whose next event date
falls in the specified category of alert timing, will be displayed
in different colours. Events whose due date has already exceeded
will be shown red background. Events whose due date falls within
next one week will be displayed in yellow background. Events whose
due date falls within 7 to 14 days will be shown in green. Those
events whose due date falls beyond 14 days will not be shown in
the alert screen. Events with priority 'NORMAL' will appear in the
alert screens only if alert required setting is set while registering
the event, otherwise all normal priority events will be skipped.
In short for an event to be included in the alert mechanism either
the alert required flag should be set to TRUE or its event priority
should be URGENT or VERY URGENT.Click any one of the priority in the below table.Alert result will be displayed.

In Department wise alerts, All cases of the selected department whose next event date falls in the specified category of alert timing,
will be displayed in different colours. Events whose due date has
