              A user must login to the system for using different functionality of this software.A User can login to this software using his/her username and password in the corresponding fields and clicking the LOGIN button. If the entered login name and password are valid then the user will be logged in to this software. Otherwise login prompt will appear again and the user will have to reenter the correct login name and password.After login, the user can see different sections in the left side, it explains the different operations of this software.

             It contains two levels of operations.They are Institutional Level and Department Level.

ADMINISTRATOR PRIVILEGES

The Administrator has administrative privileges i.e. only administrator has the privilege to create new user accounts. Administrator can do system level operations. When the Administrator logs into this software, he can do all the operations of the institutions or departments. But the user logs into this software, he can do only the operations of the particular institution or department from where he registered.
