At Administrator Level
The Administrator can login to this software using his/her username and password. The Administrator has the privilege to create the user accounts. When creating the user accounts, he can only change the details that the users have registered. Administrator can do system level operations. When the Administrator logs into this software, he can do all the operations of the institutions or departments.
At User Level
A user must login to this software for using different functionalities of this software. The registered users can only change the details. The user logs into this software, he can do only the operations of the particular institution or department from where he registered.
