ALERTS

Click Alerts tab in the left side panel of main screen. Alert type selection
window will appear. Alerts can be viewed in three ways.
1. Institution wise alerts.
2. Department wise alerts.
3. Law officer wise alerts.
In Institution wise alerts, All cases of the selected law office
whose next eventdate falls in the specified category of alert timing, will
be displayed in different colours. Events whose due date has already
exceeded will be shown red background. Events whose due date falls within
next one week will be displayed in a yellow background. Events whose
due date falls within 7 to 14 days will be shown in green. Those
events whose due date falls beyond 14 days will not be shown in thw alert
screen. Events with priority 'NORMAL' will appear in the alert screens
only if alert required setting is set while registering the event, otherwise
all normal priority events will be skipped. In short for an event to be
included in the alert mechanism, Either the alert required flag should
be set to TRUE or its event priority should be URGENT or VERY URGENT.
In a Similar way Department wise or Law Officer wise Alerts may be viewed.
Select any one of the above and click Show.
Alert result will be displyed. |

If we want to see court event, click court event and next button and Court
events are seen blue color and same procedure as contempt event this event
seen in red color.Department events are seen in black color. Event date
over than two weeks thats cases are displyed on red color.Next event date
within one week that cases are seen yellow color.Next event date within
two week that cases are seen Green color.nextevent date more than two weeks
that cases seen white color.We can see in crimial cases case numbers are
in red color and in civil cases, case numbers are black color. |
