You may be in need of several reports. Courti Software allows you to take the different types of Court case reports. If you want to view any reports, select institution or department and click the "Reports" section in the left side panel of main screen. It will redirect to 'Reports' page.There are eleven types of reports. They are :

1.Case Details

2.Current Status of Cases

3.Case of Petitioners whose hearing date falls during a period

4.Case of Petitioners whose Stay falls during a period

5.Case of Petitioners whose Extension ends during a period

6.Case of Petitioners whose Facts Submitted

7.Cases for which Judgements Passed

8.Cases for which Judgements Complied

9.List of Stayed Cases

10.Case Statistics

     10.1 Institution Wise Case Total

1.How To Get Case Details

  • The user first login to this software by entering his/her username and password. After login to this software the user can view different sections on the left side of the main screen. If you want to view any reports, click the “Reports” section it will redirect to the Reports Page.
  • The Reports Page consists of eleven links. From these links click on the "Case Details" link, it will redirect to ‘CASE DETAILS’ page.
  • In that page click the check boxes that are displayed on the left side of the combo box. The purpose of check boxes is for sorting the cases easily. There are different types of check boxes for viewing the details.
  • After clicking the check box, the corresponding combo box will be filled.

 

  • Institution: Selecting Institution only will show all the case details related to the selected institution.

  • Department: Show the cases related to a particular department only.

  • Court: It will show all cases confined to the selected court.

  • Law officer: The user can view the cases attended by a particular Law officer. The user can also select the Law Officers Role by selecting an option from listed  3 options:

                        1) All                            2) Respondent                     3) Petitioners.

  • Case nature: By using this field the user can see the details of different types of cases. The combo box will display the different case natures.

  • Statute name: The user can select the case details on the basis of different legislative acts. The user can also view the case details on the basis of Filed dates and Receipt dates provided he/she has to enter the date in dd/mm/yy format only. Rather than typing the date the user can also select the date from the calendar by clicking the button next to ‘From’ and ‘To’ the text field.

  • Year: It will show the details of all cases registered in a particular year

  • In that page two other options are displayed for selecting the cases.

                        1) Show Disposed Case Only                      2) Show All.
The user can click on the ‘Show Disposed Case Only’ option to view the Disposed cases only and the ‘Show all’ option displays all type of cases.

  • It has another two options to view the reports i.e.

                        1) Detailed Report                           2) Index Report.
            When the user clicks each of the option, he can see the case details with respect to the option.  

    The user has the benefit of selecting one or more options, i.e. the checkboxes. Based upon his/her selection the case details can be viewed.  After selecting the option(s) and select other details from list box, click the SHOW button it will redirect to next page which shows the case details. This page contains list of case(s) in a table form with different fields.

    • Case No.

    • Parties: Name of parties involved

    • GLO: Name of the Government Law Officer

    • Current status of the case

     

    • There will be arrows both forward and backward on the top of the case listed table. The user can view other pages of the case details by clicking on the corresponding arrows.

    • The user can take copies of the listed case details by clicking the print icon on the top-right side of the page.

    • Then click the arrow button for selecting the previous pages and click the "Reports" button for selecting the report types.

    2.How To Get Current Status of Case

                 

    • The user first login to this software by entering his/her username and password. After login to this software the user can view different sections on the left side of the main page for various operations. From these sections click on the “Reports” link it will redirect to the Reports Page.

    • If the user wants to view the report of current status of a case, click "Current Status of Case" link.

    • After selecting that link it goes to Case Selection Page. Then selects the ‘Institution’, ‘Department’ and ‘Select case’ from the list box. The select case name can be either type in the text field or can select from the selection box. When the user selects the case from selection box it will automatically display into the select case text field.  

    • After selecting the entire fields, click the SHOW button to view the case details of a particular case, i.e. the details of a particular case selected by the user from the selection box.

    • The report contains Case Details, Petitioners Details, Respondent Details and Case Event Details. The user can take copies of the listed case details by clicking the print icon on the top-right side of the page.

    • There will be both forward and backward arrows on the top of the case listed table. The user can view other pages of the case details by clicking on the corresponding arrows.

    • After viewing these details, click the arrow that is displayed on the top-left of the page for selecting the previous pages.

    3.How To Get Details of Petitioners Whose Hearing Date falls During a Period

                   

      • The user first login to this software by entering his/her username and password. After login to this software the user can view different sections on the left side of the new page for various functionalities. From these sections click on the “Reports” link it will redirect to the Reports Page.

      • The Reports Page consists of different links. From these links click on “Case of petitioners whose hearing date falls during a period” link and this will direct to case of petitioners page.

      • In this page the user can select the name of institution from the list box then type the hearing dates, enter both the ‘From Date’ and “To Date’ fields as per the format dd/mm/yy. Rather than typing the date the user can also select the date from the calendar by clicking the button next to ‘From’ and ‘To’ the text field. The user should enter the valid dates to view the details.

      • After entering the valid hearing dates click the "Print" button. The user can view the details of case of petitioners between the entered hearing dates. It contains Case No, Department, Event, Event Date, and Next Hearing Date.

      • The Case No indicates the number of the particular case.

      • Department means that the case of which department.

      • Event means which type of event, i.e. For Hearing, Call On, Listed,                                    Objection to commission Report,

      • Event Date is the type of event the user registered on a particular date. When the user registers the case, there are some case events with respect to these cases. If the user has any doubt regarding the event date just click top arrow to go back to the previous page click the button “Case events” and fill the details. After this, click the SHOW button, then the user can view the case event date and events.

      • Next Hearing date: The user can also view the next hearing date of the particular case.

      • The user can take copies of the listed case details by clicking the print icon on the top-right side of the page.
      • There will be both forward and backward arrows on the top of the case listed table. The user can view other pages of the case details by clicking on the corresponding arrows.
      • Click the arrow on the top of the page to go back to the previous page and click the "Reports" button for selecting the other report details.

      4.How To Get Case of Petitioners Whose Stay Falls during a Period

                     

      • The user first login to this software by using his username and password. After login to this software he/she can view different sections for various functionalities. The user first select the "Reports" section, it displays some links. Click the link "Case of Petitioners, Who Stay Falls during a Period". It will redirect to the next page.

      • In that page the user can select the Institution and enter the date for case stayed. Enter both the ‘From Date’ and “To Date’ fields as per the format dd/mm/yy. Rather than typing the date the user can also select the date from the calendar by clicking the button next to ‘From’ and ‘To’ the text field. The user should enter the valid dates to view the details.

      • Then click "print" button. The next page contains details of stayed cases between the entered dates.

      • This page contains Case No, Department, Event, Event Date, and Next Hearing Date.

      • Case No means that the user registered case number.

      • The Department contains the details of the case associated department.

      • The Event date means that the date on which the event occurs.

      • The Next Hearing date indicates the next date of hearing of the particular case.

      • There will be both forward and backward arrows on the top of the case listed table. The user can view other pages of the case details by clicking on the corresponding arrows.

      • The user can take copies of the listed case details by clicking the print icon on the top-right side of the page.

      • After viewing the details the user click the arrow for selecting the previous page and click the "Reports" button for selecting the report details.

       

      5.How To Get Case Of Petitioners Whose Extension Ends During A Period

                     

      • The user first login to this software by using his username and password. After login to the system user can view different sections for various functionalities. From these sections the user click on the “Reports” button. Then it will redirect to the Reports Page. The Reports Page consists of different links. From these links, the user click on the link “Case of Petitioners Whose Extension ends during a period”.

      • This link redirected to Case of Petitioners page. In this page the user can select the Institution and enter date in the respective fields. Enter both the ‘From Date’ and “To Date’ fields as per the format dd/mm/yy. Rather than typing the date the user can also select the date from the calendar by clicking the button next to ‘From’ and ‘To’ the text field. After that click on the “Print” button. This goes to next page.

      • That next page contains case of petitioners with respect to the entering dates.
        This page contains particular Case No, Department, Event, Event Date, Extension End date, Next Hearing Date.

      • The Case No indicates the number of the particular case.

      • Department means that the case of which department.

      • Event means which type of event, i.e. For Hearing, Call On, Listed, and Objection to commission Report.

      • Event date: the date on which the event occurs.

      • Extension End Date: it indicates the end date of extension period.

      • The Next Hearing date indicates the next date of hearing of the particular case

      • The user can take copies of the listed case details by clicking the print icon on the top-right side of the page.

      • After viewing the details the user click the arrow for selecting the previous page and click the "Reports" button for selecting the report details

       

      6.How to Get Case of Petitioners Whose Facts Submitted

                     

      • The user first login to this software by using his username and password. After login to the software user can view different sections for various functionalities. The user first select the "Reports" section, it displays some links. In that links click the “Case of Petitioners Whose Facts Submitted “link.

      • This link redirected to the fact submitting page. In this page the user can select the Institution and enter date in the respective fields.Enter both the ‘From Date’ and “To Date’ fields as per the format dd/mm/yy. Rather than typing the date the user can also select the date from the calendar by clicking the button next to ‘From’ and ‘To’ the text field. After that click on the “Print” button. This goes to next page.

      • Then the user can see the facts details with respect to the entered dates. This page contains particular Case No, Department, Event, Event Date, and Next Hearing Date.

      • The Case No indicates the number of the particular case.

      • Department means that the case of which department.

      • Event means which type of event, i.e. For Hearing, Call On, Listed, and Objection to commission Report.

      • Event date: the date on which the event occurs.

      • The Next Hearing date indicates the next date of hearing of the particular case.

        • The user can take copies of the listed case details by clicking the print icon on the top-right side of the page.

        • After viewing the details the user click the arrow for selecting the previous page and click the "Reports" button for selecting the report details

        7.How to Get Details of Cases Which Judgement Passed  

        • The user first login to this software by using his username and password. After login to this software user can view different buttons for various functionalities. The user first select the "Reports" button, it displays some links. Click on the link "Cases for which Judgement Passed". It will redirect to next page.

        • To see the detailed report, the user must select the institution and enter the valid date, i.e. the judgement during a period. Enter both the ‘From Date’ and “To Date’ fields as per the format dd/mm/yy. Rather than typing the date the user can also select the date from the calendar by clicking the button next to ‘From’ and ‘To’ the text field. If the user enters invalid dates, he cannot see the details of judgement.

        • After entering the date detail click "Print" button. The next page contains the Case No, Department, Event, Event date and Next hearing Date. The event contains only the judgements.

        • The Case No indicates the number of the particular case.

        • Department means that the case of which department.

        • Event means which type of event, i.e. For Hearing, Call On, Listed, and Objection to commission Report.

        • Event date: the date on which the event occurs.

        • The Next Hearing date indicates the next date of hearing of the particular case

        • The user can take copies of the listed case details by clicking the print icon on the top-right side of the page.

        • Then click the arrow on the top-left side of the page to back to the previous page and click the "Reports" button for selecting the report details.

        8.How To Get Details of Cases sCase Of Petitioners Whose Extension Ends During A Period

                       

        • The user has to first login to the "Court Case Monitoring System" by using the user's "username" and "password". The user after logging in can view many functionalities with the corresponding sections on the left hand side of the page which are - Case Registrations, Case Events, Search, View Case Status, Assign Law Officer, Alerts, Reports and Administration.

        • On clicking the 'Reports' button from this list, the user is directed to a page with the heading 'Reports', with a number of links out of which the user has to click on 'Cases for which Judgements Complied' link. Then the user is directed to another page with the heading 'JUDGEMENTS COMPLIED DURING A PERIOD'. This page has a selection box for the user to select the name of the institution and input fields 'From' and 'To' for giving the input date.

        • The user can select the institution name from the selection box. The date field is mandatory and the user need to provide valid date in the 'From' and 'To' field and then press the "show" button. If the dates are valid it goes to detailed report of Judgement Complied page. The Judgement complied page contains the particular event, Case no, Department, Event date, Next hearing date.

        • The user can browse through pages using the arrow just above the table. The user can click the arrow on the top of the page for selecting the previous page. To print the current data in this page a print button icon is provided on top right of the page.

        9.How to Get List Of stayed cases

               

        • The user has to first login to the "Court Case Monitoring System" by using the user's "username" and "password". The user after logging in can see many functionalities with the corresponding buttons on the left hand side of the page which are - Case Registrations, Case Events, Search, View Case Status, Assign Law Officer, Alerts, Reports and Administration.

        •  On clicking the 'Reports' button from this list, the user is directed to a page with the heading 'Reports', with a number of links out of which the user has to click on 'List of Stayed Cases' link. Then the user is directed to another page with the heading 'STAYED DURING A PERIOD'.

        • This page has two fields for entering the date - 'From' and To' fields. The date fields though are not mandatory and the user can press the “Show" button to be directed to the next page, which list’s all the stayed cases irrespective of any particular period. The user can also enter the date, which should be provided in the valid and correct format and then press the button "show". The user is directed to another page which lists the details of the stayed cases between the dates given by the user. That page contains details based on dates within the table containing details such as - Case No, Department, Event, Event Date, and Next Hearing Date.

        •  The user can browse through pages using the arrow just above the table. The user can click the arrow on the top of the page for selecting the previous page. To print the current data in this page a print button icon is provided on top right of the page.

        10.How to Get Details of Case Statistics

                       

        • After login to this software,you must select any department or institution and click the "Reports" section.

        • Click the 'CASE STATISTICS' link .

        • In this page the user can select the name of institution and department from the selection boxes provided  or can give valid dates in the field 'From' and 'To' to get the report based the given dates.  A detailed report can be obtained based on other 7 inputs listed below like - institution Wise Case Total, Department Wise Case Total, Details of All Industries, All Departments, Selected Industries, Selected Departments and Listing of Sub Department Names etc.

        • After selecting any one of these the user can then select the institution name (not mandatory), department name (not mandatory) from the selection box and enter valid and correct date in to the 'From' and 'To' field (not mandatory) , the user need to press "print" button to view the data listed in a table based on details such as - Institution, The total number of cases, Disposed Cases and Pending Cases.

        • The user can browse through pages using the arrow just above the table. The user can click the arrow on the top of the page for selecting the previous page. To print the current data in this page a print button icon is provided on top right of the page.

        10.1 How to Get Institution Wise Case Total

                       

        • After login to this software,you must select any department or institution and click the "Reports" section.

        • Click the 'CASE STATISTICS' link .

        • In this page the user can  select the name of institution and department from the selection boxes provided  or can give valid dates in the field 'From' and 'To' to get the report based the given dates.  A detailed report can be obtained based on other 7 inputs listed below like - institution Wise Case Total, Department Wise Case Total, Details of All Industries, All Departments, Selected Industries, Selected Departments and Listing of Sub Department Names etc. And of these the user must select the radio button 'Institution wise Case Total'. The user can also input any other details such as institution name, department name or 'From' and 'To' date.

        • The Date field 'From' and 'To' should be given in the correct and valid format by the user. After this the user must click the "print" button to view the data listed in a table based on the input given by the user. The table contains details such as - Institution, The total number of cases, Disposed Cases and Pending Cases.

        • The user can browse through pages using the arrow just above the table. The user can click the arrow on the top of the page for selecting the previous page. To print the current data in this page a print button icon is provided on top right of the page.

         

        10.2 How to Get Department Wise Case Total

                       

        • After login to this software,you must select any department or institution and click the "Reports" section.

        • Click the 'CASE STATISTICS' link .

        • In this page the user can  select the name of institution and department from the selection boxes provided  or can give valid dates in the field 'From' and 'To' to get the report based the given dates.  A detailed report can be obtained based on other 7 inputs listed below like - institution Wise Case Total, Department Wise Case Total, Details of All Industries, All Departments, Selected Industries, Selected Departments and Listing of Sub Department Names etc.  And of these the user must select the radio button 'Department wise Case Total'. The user can also input any other details such as institution name, department name or 'From' and 'To' date.

        • The Date field 'From' and 'To' should be given in the correct and valid format by the user. After this the user must click the "print" button to view the data listed in a table based on the input given by the user. The table contains details such as- Institution, The total number of cases, Disposed Cases and Pending Cases. The user can browse through pages using the arrow just above the table.

        • The user can click the arrow on the top of the page for selecting the previous page. To print the current data in this page a print button icon is provided on top right of the page.

        10.3 How to Get Case Details Of All Institutions

                         

        • After login to this software,you must select any department or institution and click the "Reports" section.

        • Click the 'CASE STATISTICS' link .

        • In this page the user can  select the name of institution and department from the selection boxes provided  or can give valid dates in the field 'From' and 'To' to get the report based the given dates.  A detailed report can be obtained based on other 7 inputs listed below like - institution Wise Case Total, Department Wise Case Total, Details of All Industries, All Departments, Selected Industries, Selected Departments and Listing of Sub Department Names etc. And of these the user must select the radio button 'Case Details for All Institutions'. The user can also input any other details such as institution name, department name or 'From' and 'To' date.

        • The Date field 'From' and 'To' should be given in the correct and valid format by the user. After this the user must click the "print" button to view the data listed in a table based on the input given by the user. The table contains details such as - Institution, The total number of cases, Disposed Cases and Pending Cases. The user can browse through pages using the arrow just above the table.

        10.4 How to Get Case Details Of All Departments

                     

        • After login to this software,you must select any department or institution and click the "Reports" section.

        • Click the 'CASE STATISTICS' link .

        • In this page the user can  select the name of institution and department from the selection boxes provided  or can give valid dates in the field 'From' and 'To' to get the report based the given dates.  A detailed report can be obtained based on other 7 inputs listed below like - institution Wise Case Total, Department Wise Case Total, Details of All Industries, All Departments, Selected Industries, Selected Departments and Listing of Sub Department Names etc. And of these the user must select the redoubting 'Case Details for All Departments'. The user can also input any other details such as institution name, department name or 'From' and 'To' date.

        • The Date field 'From' and 'To' should be given in the correct and valid format by the user. After this the user must click the "print" button to view the data listed in a table based on the input given by the user. The table contains details such as - Department, Institution, Pending cases, Disposed cases and The total number of cases.

        • The user can browse through pages using the arrow just above the table. The user can click the arrow on the top of the page for selecting the previous page. To print the current data in this page a print button icon is provided on top right of the page.

        10.5 How to Get Case Details Of Selected Institution

                       

        • After login to this software,you must select any department or institution and click the "Reports" section.

        • Click the 'CASE STATISTICS' link .

        • In this page the user can  select the name of institution and department from the selection boxes provided  or can give valid dates in the field 'From' and 'To' to get the report based the given dates.  A detailed report can be obtained based on other 7 inputs listed below like - institution Wise Case Total, Department Wise Case Total, Details of All Industries, All Departments, Selected Industries, Selected Departments and Listing of Sub Department Names etc which are listed below. And of these the user must select the radio button 'Case Details for Selected Institution' and select the name a particular institution from the selection box withe the name 'Institution' which is mandatory. The user can also input any other details such as department name or 'From' and 'To' date to get data based on these details.

        • The Date field 'From' and 'To' should be given in the correct and valid format by the user. After this the user must click the "print" button to view the data listed in a table based on the data given by the user. They are listed in tables with the fields such as -Institution, Department, Pending cases, Disposed cases and The total number of cases. The user can browse through pages using the arrow just above the table.

        • The user can click the arrow on the top of the page for selecting the previous page. To print the current data in this page a print button icon is provided on top right of the page.

        10.6 How to Get Case Details Of selected Departments

                     

        • After login to this software,you must select any department or institution and click the "Reports" section.

        • Click the 'CASE STATISTICS' link .

        • In this page the user can  select the name of institution and department from the selection boxes provided  or can give valid dates in the field 'From' and 'To' to get the report based the given dates.  A detailed report can be obtained based on other 7 inputs listed below like - institution Wise Case Total, Department Wise Case Total, Details of All Industries, All Departments, Selected Industries, Selected Departments and Listing of Sub Department Names etc. And of these the user must select the radio button 'Case Details for Selected Department' and select the name of a particular Department from the selection box which is mandatory. The user can also input any other details such as Institution name or 'From' and 'To' date to get data based on these details.

        • The Date field 'From' and 'To' should be given in the correct and valid format by the user. After this the user must click the "print" button to view the data listed in a table based the data given by the user. They are listed in tables with the fields such as - Department, Institution, Pending cases, Disposed cases and Total number of cases.

        • The user can browse through pages using the arrow just above the table. The user can click the arrow on the top of the page for selecting the previous page. To print the current data in this page a print button icon is provided on top right of the page.

        10.7 How to Get Listing Of Sub Department Name

             

          • After login to this software,you must select any department or institution and click the "Reports" section.

          • Click the 'CASE STATISTICS' link .

          • Click the PRINT button. List of sub department details will be displayed on the basis of selected items.

          11.How to Get List Of Case Entered From CS Office

                 

          • After login to this software,you must select any department or institution and click the "Reports" section.

          • Click the 'Case Entered From CS Office' link.

          • It allows you to view the list of case entered from CS Office.
