For registering a new case, to click the NEW button. A new case registration screen will be displayed.If you add an existing case number, the details of that case number wil be displayed. After the new case registration, Petitioners,Respondents,Opp.Advocates,Contact links will be enabled.
For modifying / displaying the details of an existing case, enter or select the existing case number which you have to display and click the SHOW button. The details of that existing case number will be displayed in another page.

Petitioner(s)/Appeallant(s)
If the registration of new case,enter the petitioner name,designation,district,phone number and email and click the SAVE button.The petitioner's details will be saved.The saved details will be displayed in the below table.If the existing case,you can update the petitioner's details.To select the existing petitioner's details from the table, the DELETE button will be enabled and you can delete the selected petitioner.CLEAR button allows to clear the fields.

Respondant(s)
If the registration of new case,enter the Respondant name,designation,district,phone number and email and click the SAVE button.The Respondant's details will be saved and displayed in the below table.If the existing case,you can update the Respondant's details.To select the existing Respondant's details from the table, the DELETE button will be enabled and you can delete the selected Respondant.CLEAR button allows to clear the fields.

Opposition Advocate(s)
If the registration of new case,enter the Advocate name,designation,district,phone number and email and click the SAVE button.The Advocate's details will be saved and displayed in the below table.If the existing case,you can update the Advocate's details.To select the existing Advocate's details from the table, the DELETE button will be enabled and you can delete the selected Advocate.CLEAR button allows to clear the fields.
1.4.Contact Person(s) Details
Select the Contact Person from the list box, the details of the selected person will be displaying in the appropriate fields automaticaly and click the SAVE button.The details will be saved and displayed in the below table.Select the contact person from the below table and click the DELETE button,the selected details will be deleted.
2.View Case Events
Select the law officer and case from the list boxes or enter the case number and click the SHOW button.The event details of selected or entered case number will be displaying in the 'Case Event' page. If you want to view the event status of a particular period,please click the "EVENT SEARCH" link.
3.View Case Status
Select the department and case number from the appropriate list boxes, the current status of the selected case will be displayed in the below text editor.
4.View Alerts
Select the Department,Institution,Law officer or hearing date and click the SHOW button.The alert details will be displaying in another page on the basis of selected component.
5.Search
Two types of search are available in this software.They are Advanced Search and String Search.In Advanced Search,enter or select the details which have to you search and click the SHOW button.In String Search,enter the text which have to you search and click the SHOW button.The search results will be displayed in another page.
